Cubiscan 200-TS | Scale Error

Scale error. CODE: 2126

There can be a number of different causes for scale errors on the Cubiscan 200-TS machine.  These can result from any of the following, and sometimes more than one of them at the same time...

  • External or internal interference with the scale mechanism -Common- See the images below for examples.

  • Width sensor cover or other cover assembly(s) removed from the machine causing a negative weight on Scale B or C. -Occasional-
  • Faulty or damaged Weight Sensors/Load Cells or cables. -Common-  This typically occurs when the width sensor cover is not properly aligned when placed back in the machine after cleaning.  The assembly can ram into the weight sensor cable(s) and damage them.  This will end in a scale error where scale B cannot be calibrated, and does not work properly.

  • Faulty circuit boards (Scale Card or Scale Controller PCB's) -Uncommon-
