Box Length, Width, or Height is too Small/Large (Error 11, or Error 1 in Qbit Software)

(Error 11 or Error 1) Box Length, Width, or Height is too Small/Large indicates that the box/package size is either below minimum measurement size requirements, or greater than the maximum size requirements.  Most common instances of this error is when trying to measure items shorter than 6 inches or greater than 60 inches in length.   Sending the box in a different orientation may allow for the smaller dimension to be read.  All Cubiscan 200TS machines have Minimum and Maximum box size limitations.
