Error: Box Outside of Measurement Area
The Box Outside of Measurement area occurs when a package passes through the machine too close to the edge of the belt on the left or right side. A small gap of about an inch needs to be maintained along the edges as the box passes through the gate. This error can also result when the gate sensor windows get dusty, or a piece of debris falls down onto the lower sensor cover window below the belt.
Solution: Ensure that the packages pass through the machine with at least 1 inch gap at the edges of the belts. In the case of dusty/obstructed sensor gate windows, use a soft cloth, and water (Slightly damp cloth only) if necessary to clean the sensor window surfaces.
