Cubiscan 200TS | Inverter A or B Under-voltage error

Cubiscan 200-TS Conveyor will not run, Inverter A or B error displayed.

Most commonly this error is caused by one of the Red E-Stop buttons being pressed.   It may also occur when the machine is connected to a larger E-Stop system.  The error indicates that the motor drive controllers do not have proper voltage and cannot operate.  The E-Stop circuit cuts the main power to the motor drive controllers/VFD's when triggered.

A secondary but uncommon cause can be that one of the selector switches located on the PLC (Relay) board is in the wrong position.  This is usually only the case at the time of new equipment installation and is corrected during initial setup.   The main high voltage Switch/Contact will click/pull in when all circuits and switch settings are correct, and E-Stop signals have been cleared.   This will restore power to the Inverter A & B circuits.

A third, but uncommon cause is that the customer's high voltage circuit that supplies the machine is not set up properly, and one of the 3 circuits running to the machine is tripped.   This will result in the same error.  Having them reset all power breakers to the machine should solve this issue.   This is uncommon, but we have seen it occur a handful of times.
