Cubiscan 275 will not run, No Data
The Cubiscan 275 system is dependent on proper sequential flow through the system. If a package is removed from the process while it is passing through the system this will usually result in an out of sequence issue, and packages will stop and not move through. This can also occur if a photo sensor is flagged by accident, and creates a disruption in the sequence. Flapping tape or labels on the box or belt surfaces that trigger sensors multiple times are good examples of this.
Solution: To correct this problem, stop the Cubiscan 275 machine, and remove all packages from the conveyor belts of the system. Press the Black reset button located on the side of the cabinet below the dimensioner conveyor belt. (This cabinet has the Scale display readout on the front panel.) Then press the stop button on the main control cabinet again to reset the whole system. Press start and send a new package into the system and ensure that it goes through completely, and the process is working. Return to normal use if it does.
If the package sent into the system after the reset procedure is done does not successfully complete the process, check the status of all photo eyes in the system. Correct any that are misaligned, repeat the reset procedure above, and test using a new package sent into the system.
