The OCS conveyor bed stops running on its own. Object length error may be displayed.
The OCS Scale often has a jam detection setting enabled that will stop the conveyor after 4 to 10 seconds if the photo eye at the beginning of the scale is blocked, or out of alignment. The solution to this condition is to stop the Cubiscan system, verify that the photo eye at the entry end of the scale is properly aligned, clear the errors on the scale, and start the Cubiscan system up. The scale should continue to run properly.
