Weightronix Scale | No Data received

Weight is displayed on the Weightronix scale display, but no data is received by the system. Missing Weight Data.

The Weightronix scale has two types of data connections.  Most will be a Network/Ethernet connection, but some may use RS232 Serial Data.   Typically, if data is shown on the scale display but it is not received by the Qbit software then there is a cable, PC data port, or software port setting issue.  The first thing to try is to shut down the PC, and power off the Weightronix scale equipment.  After 20 seconds or so power up the scale equipment, and then power on the PC.  Try a measurement on the system again.   If this initial step does not correct the problem, deeper troubleshooting will be needed to check the status of the connection settings, condition of the cable connections, Pinging the IP address of the Weightronix Scale to verify the Ethernet connection is active, etc. 

Pictured below is a ZM305 Scale Controller.  This is the most common type in use on Cubiscan Integrated systems where Weigh-legs are in use.
